Grace is a Solicitor in the Planning and Infrastructure team with experience in a number of areas including assisting with Transport and Works Act Orders, Compulsory Purchase Orders and Development Consent Orders, drafting and reviewing section 106 planning agreements and deeds of variation and advising on client's positions in relation to applicable bye-laws, open space and the Crichel Down Rules.
She also has experience in dealing with contentious issues, for example, acting for objectors to large scale planning applications, advising on compensation claims arising from stop notices and preparing for judicial review hearings.
Grace draws on her previous two and a half years of experience in dispute resolution to provide a rounded approach to problem solving as well as a keen eye for detail and expert organisation and prioritisation skills.

- National Health Service on a section 106 planning agreement template that can be used in all future planning transactions
- National Highways on the proposed A46 Newark Bypass including a detailed review of draft plans and documents and compliance with statutory guidance.
