Examples of experience include:

    • The third phase of a large development comprising a mixture of affordable and age-restricted housing with assisted-living. The deal included negotiating the release of a restrictive covenant and procuring indemnity insurance for the residual risk
  • Drafting and negotiating seven option agreements and two unconditional contracts on the acquisition of nine garden plots for residential development. The transaction involved multiple solicitors and an overseas party. The client sought finance and all lender requirements and documents were completed within the period from exercise to completion
  • Acting for a developer on assignment of an option agreement for a small residential development and dealing with the assignment of plans, general copyright matters and reliance letters
  • Dealing with golden brick contracts, development agreements and disposals of affordable housing to RPs.
