Dan is an associate in the Operational Property team. Dan advises on a wide range of commercial property transactions including dealing with landlord and tenant matters, estate management work and the acquisition and disposal of commercial property.
In addition to his experience dealing with commercial property transactions, Dan has experience in planning matters including acting for national housebuilders in the negotiation of statutory agreements and applications for certificates of lawful existing use and applying for and seeking to vary premises licences for retail and leisure clients.
Experience
Examples of experience include advising:
- a Hampshire based marina in the sale of the marina subject to a number of tenancies to an investor
- a national housebuilder negotiating a section 106 agreement on a site for up to 700 houses
- a bank in the refinancing of a portfolio of veterinary centres
- various national retailers in the course of a variety of estate management work including lease renewals, re-gears and disposals.
