Conor is an associate in the Core Real Estate Team. He has a broad range of commercial property experience and regularly advises both public and private sector clients on a wide range of matters, with a particular focus on the acquisition and disposal of assets, landlord and tenant matters and estate management work.
He regularly provides property support to some of the firm's corporate teams in connection with company share sales and asset sales, and also assists in a wide range of energy and infrastructure matters including wind and solar developments.
Experience
Examples of experience include:
- Part of the commercial property team acting for The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty including all aspects of on-going estate management
- World-leading chemicals manufacturer on a variety of landlord and tenant matters, and all aspects of estate management
- National Grid on the Yorkshire Green Project, being the upgrade and reinforcement of the high-voltage electricity network in Yorkshire
- The Department of Education in relation to the acquisition and development of new free schools and all aspects of estate management.
