Chris is a commercial solicitor who advises on a wide range of commercial agreements. He has significant experience advising on data protection matters, such as data subject access rights, international data transfers (including transfer risk assessments), reviewing and drafting privacy policies and notices, reviewing and drafting Data Protection Impact Assessments and Legitimate Interest Assessments and drafting and negotiating data protection clauses in agreements.
He has also worked in-house at a large international law firm as part of the firm's internal data governance team. Chris also has experience advising on technology contracts, including SaaS agreements and other software licensing arrangements.
