
Charlotte leads on recruitment team's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy, ensuring that our candidates experience an inclusive and accessible recruitment process, allowing them to perform at their best.
This involves the design, implementation and review of DEI initiatives that support our aim of engaging with talent from a diverse range of backgrounds. She works to identify barriers to accessibility and puts in place necessary improvements, alongside leading on the DEI recruitment training programme.
As well as this, Charlotte is also one of the steering group members for WBD's Disability & Neurodiversity Network, which aims to provide a space for people to share experiences, seek support and raise awareness. She was involved in our firm achieving Disability Confident Leader status, which is the highest accreditation in the Department for Work and Pensions' scheme, which recognises and supports employers who recruit and retain people with disabilities.
