Womble Bond Dickinson's (WBD) Charlotte Hall has been awarded the DE&I Champion of the Year - Specialist Law Firm DE&I Role at the 2025 Women & Diversity in Law Awards, recognising her leadership in inclusive recruitment and dedication to fostering a diverse and equitable legal community.
Charlotte has been a pivotal member of the firm's Disability and Neurodiversity Network Steering Group, where her leadership and innovative strategies have been crucial in helping WBD achieve Disability Confident Leader status. Her dedication to creating an inclusive environment has transformed our recruitment processes, ensuring that all candidates have the opportunity to perform at their best.
Since the firm achieved Disability Confident Leader status in 2024, Charlotte has transitioned into a new role as Inclusive Recruitment Lead. In this capacity, she oversees all projects related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment. Her efforts have led to significant improvements in our accessibility, recruitment policies, and overall inclusivity.
