Briony is a partner in the Real Estate team with over 10 years’ experience advising on real estate matters. She acts for clients operating in a range of sectors including energy and retail.
Briony regularly advises developer clients on renewable energy projects across solar, BESS and wind. She acts for the world’s largest independent renewable energy company and assists with delivery of projects of all sizes including nationally significant infrastructure projects.
Briony has expertise in advising on hydrogen projects involving electrolysers on industrial sites and has led in advising clients on a number of the first commercial scale green-hydrogen projects in the UK. She is enthusiastic about the growth of the hydrogen sector and its role in achieving net zero. Briony regularly attends events and supports hydrogen initiatives.
In retail, Briony acts for landlord clients with large portfolios advising on pre let agreements for new developments as well as estate management matters for established sites. She advises corporate occupiers on high value lease acquisitions for retail showrooms, industrial sites and office headquarters for premium brands.
