
Beth joined the firm in 2022 as a paralegal alongside studying and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2024. She advises and assists with rural and commercial real estate transactions, supporting a range of clients from individuals, trusts, banks, companies and charities.
She has been involved with a range of transactions, including the negotiation of sales and purchases of rural property, reviewing and drafting agricultural tenancies, leases and licences and private client conveyancing.

- Drafted and completed deeds of variation, licences and other real estate documents
