Ben is a solicitor based in Newcastle. Currently sitting in the Construction and Engineering team, Ben assists on a variety of transactional and contentious construction matters including claims in the Technology and Construction Court as well as other dispute resolution forums such as adjudication and mediation.
Ben reviews and drafts construction agreements including JCT building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and deeds of assignment.
