Amy is a partner in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Restructuring & Insolvency team, with a practice that centres on transactional and strategic advisory work across a range of sectors, including Financial Services, Retail, Charities and Energy.

A solicitor and qualified insolvency practitioner, Amy advises corporates, financial institutions, investors and boards on complex financial distress scenarios, risk mitigation and business‑critical transactions and the management of supply chain and counterparty distress. Her experience spans insolvent restructurings, distressed M&A, contingency planning and stakeholder management, often involving cross‑border elements, and contentious aspects to insolvent or distressed situations.
