Adam Reich is a litigator whose practice centers on construction and real estate disputes.  As a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, he represents clients in state and federal courts across the United States through trial and on appeal.  Adam’s construction practice spans the full project lifecycle, and he routinely represents contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in contract and payment disputes, mechanic’s lien enforcement, change order negotiation, and related litigation.  In commercial real estate, Adam handles the full spectrum of real estate litigation and regularly represents both landlords and tenants in lease disputes, including enforcement actions, defaults and remedies, and other lease-related controversies. Adam also maintains a broader commercial litigation and insurance coverage practice informed by his courtroom experience and pragmatic approach to resolving complex business conflicts.  

Adam has been recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in business litigation since 2017.   He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America beginning in 2024 for Commercial Litigation and for Litigation – Construction, and was previously named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Commercial Litigation in 2021 and 2022.

Adam earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, graduating with honors and election to the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers.  He received his B.A.  from Arizona State University.   Before law school, Adam served as a military police officer in the Army National Guard and was awarded the Purple Heart for wounds sustained while deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2005.
