You are invited to our annual Pride event, where we explore topics which push beyond acceptance into true understanding and inclusivity, as well as celebrating the LGBTQ+ community!
This year you will hear from a panel of fantastic speakers, discussing representation in leadership.
Our speakers will share personal perspectives and highlight the progress being made, alongside challenges that remain to members of the LGBTQ+ community moving to leadership roles and ideas and examples of how these barriers can be overcome - breaking the Lavender Ceiling!
Following the discussion and a Q&A, please do join us for drinks and networking as we continue the conversation, socialise and celebrate the Pride communities within our organisations and more widely.
