Neve is an associate paralegal in the Litigation Services and Commercial Projects (LSC Pro) team, part of WBD Advance; the firm's alternative legal services group composed of over 100 lawyers, paralegals, project managers, technologists and data analysts providing high volume services and project support to more than 200 clients every year.
She manages a varied workload and currently works on three key managed services within the team; preparation of confirmation statements, reviewing and reporting on customer finance documents on behalf of a banking client, and pre-completion checks (including review of board minutes) to ensure compliance with conditions precedent on transactions.
