Dagmar Anker is a key member of the firm's Capital Markets group. She has an extensive legal background in public sector financing. As bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel, she's worked with various entities, from school and college districts to cities, counties, and affordable housing developments.
During law school, Dagmar served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. In this role, she was responsible for conducting and analyzing research, preparing memoranda, and drafting judicial orders.
