After a recent expansion of its Scottish presence with a new Edinburgh office, Womble Bond Dickinson has appointed new Managing Associate Paul Kenneth. 

Paul joins from Morton Fraser, where he was a Senior Associate specialising in Real Estate Finance. 

Paul has extensive experience in Real Estate and Finance. He has acted for a number of UK and international lenders involving the financing and restructuring of Scottish Real Estate, with particular expertise in cross border transactions.  Paul will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice to clients in the firm's Real Estate, Energy (Power and Renewables) and Financial Institutions sectors.
