Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has strengthened its commercial property offering with the appointment of Anna Larbi, who joins the firm as a legal director. Anna will be based in Southampton and work in the firm’s Operational Property team within the Core Real Estate Team.
Joining from Blake Morgan, Anna brings more than 20 years of experience to WBD, initially qualifying in 1999. During her time at Blake Morgan, Anna worked across all aspects of commercial property work with particular emphasis on landlord and tenant work in the retail sector, with notable clients including a high street bank and national coffee retailer.
Anna also worked with a number of charities and charitable organisations, assisting them with the acquisition of retail property and acquisition/disposal of their property investment holdings.
