Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has advised Nestware Holdings Limited, the holding company of the UK's largest retailer of carpets, flooring and beds Carpetright and part of the Meditor Group, on its acquisition of Carpet & Flooring (Trading) Limited, one of the UK’s largest distributors of floor covering products and accessories.

The WBD team advising Nestware was led by partner Simon Watts, managing associate Stacey Hall and associate David Ridley who provided corporate expertise. This is the latest in a series of transactions on which the team have acted for Nestware, with the firm also advising on the acquisitions of Keswick Flooring and Flooring Megastore and Contemporary Trade Flooring over the past six months.
