Womble Bond Dickinson has advised the owner of Northumbria Coast & Country Cottages, one of the region's most successful holiday letting agencies, on the sale of the business to leading operator, Sykes Holiday Cottages.
Northumbria Coast & Country Cottages will run as a sister agency to Sykes and will continue to operate as normal from its three offices in Alnmouth and Seahouses. Set up by Nikki Brierley in 1981, the North East business manages over 500 holiday properties across Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.
