Bond Dickinson has announced four senior promotions confirming three new Partners and a new Legal Director.

Caroline Churchill has been promoted to Commercial Partner. Caroline is based in the Newcastle office but will also spend some time in Leeds supporting the team in Yorkshire.

Tom Willows, who is also based in Newcastle, has been promoted to Real Estate Partner. Tom trained and qualified with the firm and plays a key role in the residential housing development team. Tom has a focus on the private rented sector and in particular build to rent.

Rachel Scott, based in the commercial team in London has been promoted from Managing Associate to the role of Partner. Rachel has been working in the firm since 2013 and advises on complex commercial transactions, major procurements and outsourcings, with a particular focus on the transport and infrastructure sectors.

Lastly, Joanna Beattie-Edwards, part of the Real Estate team in Southampton has been promoted from Managing Associate to Legal Director. Joanna has been working in the firm for 18 years, where she also trained and qualified. She advises The Crown Estate and has extensive experience in maritime estate management, carrying out onshore, foreshore and offshore property work.

The new Partner promotions bring the total number of partners in the firm to 126. This is part of a wider round of promotions across the firm with eleven solicitors also being promoted to the role of Associate.
