We are prioritising the health and wellbeing of our colleagues, clients and contacts, alongside the continual delivery of our high quality service. We have robust Business Continuity Plans in place and are well prepared to respond to these extraordinary circumstances. We will continue to adapt our plans to meet changing needs and the Government's advice.
- All of our offices are closed for all but essential access, and the majority of our staff are working from home using our secure remote working facilities
- We are using Skype and our video conferencing services to facilitate meetings and to accommodate any measures put in place by external parties to limit face to face contact, including any adjustments made by the Courts and Tribunal Service for direction or hearings
- We can facilitate electronic signatures of contracts, transactional documents and witness statements (where appropriate for the matter) if required.
