Bond Dickinson has been appointed by English Cities Fund (ECF) to advise on the acquisition of a major residential development site named Quadrant Quay 2 in Plymouth.

Quadrant Quay 2 is part of the regeneration of Millbay which will transform a derelict 15 acre harbour side area close to the city centre into an exciting new waterfront community. 

Quadrant Quay 2 which is being developed by ECF, a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal & General and the Homes and Communities Agency, will comprise 137 flats and houses, together with public space, walking routes, cycle paths and extensive off-site parking. 

The Bond Dickinson team, led by Plymouth-based Managing Associate, Nicola Jonas, and assisted by Legal Director, Samantha Orluta, Partners, David Skelton and Kevin Gibbs, and Associate, Nikki Cobb, will advise ECF on various aspects of the acquisition, site set up and onward plot sales providing key legal expertise in real estate, planning and construction.
