International law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has been spotlighted for its quality of client support and achievements across numerous practice areas by a leading legal industry directory.
The firm has been recommended in 55 practice areas across the UK in the Chambers and Partners 2025 guide, an international directory focusing on the expertise and skillsets of law firms across 200 jurisdictions.
WBD achieved 13 top tier rankings across the recommendations in practice areas including Planning, Real Estate, Restructuring and Insolvency, and Employment, with tier 1 rankings achieved in the South, South West, and North East.
The firm was ranked across numerous areas for its commitment to assisting clients across a wide range of matters and the ability to tap into specialist expertise from a local to international level, with the directory collated utilising a thorough research process including detailed interviews and analysis of capabilities, achievements, and sector presence.
Individual members of the firm were also recognised for their experience and position as leaders in their practice areas, with 20 lawyers achieving Band 1 rankings and three achieving higher positions of 'Star Individuals' and 'Eminent Practitioners' – ranks often held for those who sit at the forefront of the area.

The Chambers and Partners 2025 rankings follows on from the firm's appearance in the Legal 500 2025 directory, which saw the firm recommended as a top tier firm in 29 practice areas across the UK.
