Meghan Aubry

Meghan Aubry is a dedicated, practical litigator who specializes in complex civil matters and federal court proceedings.

Meghan excels at maintaining a big-picture perspective of her clients’ needs and priorities, while still keeping a close eye on the details of each matter. She most frequently represents public and private companies and their officers and directors in litigation matters involving securities laws, corporate espionage, and corporate governance disputes. Her practice often extends to related matters such as government and internal investigations and stockholder demands, as well as other types of business and commercial disputes, particularly class actions. Her recent successes include achieving complete dismissal of a federal securities class action case and related derivative actions against a large manufacturing company and its current and former officers and directors, and defeating a motion to remand a class action case removed to federal court and compelling arbitration.

Meghan returned to Womble Bond Dickinson in 2024 after serving as a term law clerk for the Honorable Amy Totenberg, Senior District Judge, and the Honorable Victoria Calvert, District Judge, both of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. As a clerk, Meghan managed complicated dockets and assessed legal and factual issues across many substantive areas of law, and she brings that procedural expertise and analytical skill to her practice at Womble.

Before attending law school, Meghan was an elementary educator with Teach for America’s Metro Atlanta corps.
