Yuechu Li is a member of the Corporate and Securities team where she works with companies across industries on mergers and acquisitions, investments, and securities offerings and compliance. During law school, Yuechu served as a judicial intern for the Honourable J. Michelle Childs of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. She was also a legal extern at a national law firm as well as the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, where she gained experience in drafting legal documents and research.
Prior to her legal career, Yuechu worked for four years at a multinational market research company where she gained business insights and client service experience.
Yuechu is a native speaker of Mandarin.
