Vishesh is an associate in the operational property department. He advises clients on various aspects of commercial property and real estate transactions with a particular focus in the telecoms, governmental, healthcare and transport sectors.
Vishesh's main areas of work include advising on telecoms related matters and the structuring, acquisition, and disposal of land. Vishesh has worked on matters with a variety of clients including nationwide telecoms operators, governmental entities, developers and energy companies. Vishesh acts for both landlords and corporate occupier tenants in drafting a wide-ranging suite of transactional documents and other ancillary property documentation required for all landlord and tenant relations.
Prior to joining Womble Bond Dickinson, Vishesh trained at Trowers & Hamlins in London where he was the trainee representative for his intake. Vishesh has been a professional ambassador at the University of Law (Moorgate) and has spoken at various external diversity and inclusion related events.
Vishesh has also had experience at firms such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Baker & Mckenzie.

- Advising nationwide telecoms operators on agreement renewals and providing ad-hoc advice
- Drafting and reviewing conditional contracts, option agreements and providing transaction management including liaising with lenders, registered providers and regulatory bodies.
