Tim focuses his practice on business litigation and bankruptcy. He has handled a variety of commercial litigation disputes including breach of contract, check fraud, and direct shareholder litigation. He has also represented secured lenders in matters that include troubled loan workouts, foreclosures, equipment liquidations, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Tim practiced in the creditors’ rights and bankruptcy groups of a mid-sized Baltimore-based firm and before that served as law clerk to the Honorable Sally D. Adkins (Ret.) of the Maryland Supreme Court. Before beginning his legal career, Tim taught high school social studies and coached boys’ basketball in Maryland public schools for six years.
