Stephen is a very experienced transactional lawyer with over 25 years' experience working in-house in the energy sector. Prior to joining WBD in February 2022, Stephen spent the last 18 years heading up the Legal & Regulatory functions for the UK, Latin American and African businesses of Singapore-based Sembcorp Industries.
Stephen also spent two years as the interim managing director of Sembcorp's utilities and services business based at Wilton International, Teesside. Prior to Sembcorp, Stephen held in-house legal roles at Enron Europe and Rolls-Royce plc.
