Sophie has experience in a wide range of dispute resolution and contentious insolvency matters and now specialises in property litigation, having worked for both commercial and private clients.
She advises private landlords and social housing providers on a variety of contentious residential landlord and tenant matters including possession claims, disrepair and anti-social behaviour. Sophie has also dealt with a range of other contentious property matters including adverse possession claims, advising on easements and boundary disputes, breach of lease covenants as well as property management company disputes and enfranchisement matters.
Sophie also advises commercial clients, both landlords and tenants, on lease renewal proceedings under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, break clauses and dilapidation claims.
