Seana Azad focuses his practice on general civil litigation, employment law, product liability, and toxic tort litigation. Seana has defended a range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 100 Companies, in complex toxic tort litigation, employment law litigation, and products liability cases in both California Courts as well as Federal Courts. Seana’s experience spans throughout all phases of litigation, from challenging pleadings all the way up to trial. In addition to defending clients in toxic tort litigation, he has advised and defended clients in other types of various litigation matters, including mass tort litigation, contract disputes, construction defect cases, and employment and labor law. Seana has also served taught a Trial Advocacy class as an adjunt professor at his alma mater, Golden Gate University School of Law.
