Sarah is an associate in the Operational Property team and specialises in a range of commercial property transactions. Sarah has experience in landlord and tenant work, freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals and also acts for a variety of banks in relation to secured lending.
Sarah joined the firm in August 2013 and has two years' experience in the firm's Property Litigation team, where she worked as an Associate Paralegal before starting her training contract with the firm. During Sarah's training contract, Sarah undertook a secondment to an international retailer where she supported the business on a variety of commercial matters and projects.

- A local authority – on the acquisition of a large commercial unit and subsequent commercial lease of the same
- Colliers – in connection with the sale of a high value office complex in Lancashire
- LPA Receivers – on the grant of a commercial lease of industrial units.
