Sally qualified in September 2017 and specialises in charity law and governance. Sally has experience in advising a broad range of charities on issues including governance and constitutional matters, contractual and operational matters and charity incorporation and restructuring.

Sally has assisted with the administration and governance of grant-making charities. She has also advised on the charity law implications of land transactions on the purchase, sale and mortgaging of charity land.
