Paul has significant experience of working in the field of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). As Head of DEI, he is responsible for leading the development and implementation of our DEI Strategy and action plan. In line with this, he oversees the planning and delivery of a range of projects and initiatives aimed at making us a more inclusive and progressive business. Paul also leads the firm's submission to various DEI accreditations and provides advice to businesses looking to become more inclusive.

In his role, Paul leads our DEI Team and ensures DEI is embedded into core business by working in collaboration with key stakeholders and DEI networks: WBD Disability, WBD Pride (LGBTQ+ network), WBD Reach (Race, Ethnicity And Cultural Heritage network), WBD Thrive (women's network), as well as our Family and Carers network.
