Nadine is an associate advising clients on estate planning, trust and probate matters.

Nadine advises and represents clients in respect of a wide range of issues – from drafting complex Wills for high-net-worth clients with intricate and sometimes contentious family structures, to the administration of complicated high-value estates often with a foreign element.

Having qualified for the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (England and Wales) some years ago, Nadine frequently advises clients on the creation and administration of trusts, preserving estates for future generations. Nadine trained and qualified at a niche firm specialising in private client matters alongside highly experienced private client practitioners.

Nadine is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and was, up until recently, appointed their Regional Coordinator.
