Meridith Heneage is part of Womble Bond Dickinson’s Private Wealth Sector and provides services to our clients in the areas of tax, business, and family matters. She assists with estate, gift, and tax planning, as well as trust and probate administration. Her experience also includes forming and advising charitable organizations and preparing federal estate and gift tax returns. Meridith has experience representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service during audits, administrative appeal proceedings, and requests for private letter rulings.
Before joining Womble Bond Dickinson, Meridith served as a law clerk for Chief Magistrate Judge Honorable Kelly H. Rankin of the U.S. District Court of Wyoming.
