Mariam Stockton is an experienced litigator and trusted advisor with deep experience in the entertainment, media, and corporate sectors. She has represented a wide range of clients – from award-winning artists and producers to major corporations – in complex litigation, white-collar defense, and crisis management. Her work in enterntainment law earned her a spot on Billboard’s 2025 “Top Music Lawyers” list, and she was also recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation.

Mariam has tried high-stakes cases in both federal and state courts, including matters involving entertainment disputes, wrongful death matters, and commercial conflicts. She has particular experience in large-scale eDiscovery, having written her LL.M. thesis on the subject and frequently leading litigation strategy in matters involving extensive digital evidence.
