She leads the firm’s legal risk and regulatory compliance framework, partnering with senior leaders, lawyers, and business services teams to ensure regulatory compliance, sustain high standards of client delivery and support our responsible business practices. She develops practical, firm-wide policies and procedures, while coordinating our compliance training strategy to support consistent professional standards across the business.
