Lisa Straehle is a litigator who represents clients in federal and state courts and arbitration forums, managing all phases of complex disputes from pleadings and dispositive motions through discovery, depositions, expert coordination, and trial preparation. She works closely with clients to develop effective case strategies and leads discovery in complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, including e-discovery planning, privilege review, and large-scale document productions.
Prior to joining the firm, Lisa worked as an associate for a leading law firm, where she focused on intellectual property and commerical litigation. She advised and represented major companies in a broad range of litigation matters, including high-stakes commerical disputes involving clients in the technology and life sciences sectors.
While in law school, Lisa was a senior production editor for the UC Law SF Law Journal.
