Laura works within experienced hire, recruiting for our Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Guest Services and Finance teams.
She has almost 10 years' experience working within in-house recruitment teams, coming from organisations such as House of Fraser and First Group (including Great Western Railway/FirstBus).
Laura ensures WBD attracts the highest quality candidates through a variety of methods, including online advertising and social media, utilising the tools available to us to identify candidates of interest and making direct approaches where necessary.
Her focus is always the candidate experience and ensures that everybody, whether successful in obtaining a position with us or not, feels supported throughout the recruitment process.
