Kristina Krull is a member of our Business Litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on defending consumer financial services and privacy litigation.
Kristina obtained her J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. During her time there, she served as Program Director for the university's Honors Moot Court External Board. Prior to that, she had participated as a competitor in the ABA Negotiations Competition. Kristina also holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Maryland, College Park. She was a four-year student-athlete on the women's tennis team.
Representative Experience
- Defended banks in a variety of disputes ranging from fraud and forgery, including wire fraud, to legal order processing
- Defended banks in cases involving California privacy laws in state and federal courts
- Litigated mortgage servicing disputes, including predatory lending and wrongful foreclosure
