Kerry joined the LSC Real Estate Team as Managing Paralegal in September 2019, transferring from LSC Recovery+ team after 7 years as Managing Paralegal there.
As well as team management, Kerry provides supervision, quality assurance and support to paralegals on a variety of work streams and clients.
A large part of Kerry's role is overseeing & coordinating work on a large Government project working with Solicitors across various sectors, and the wider paralegal team to ensure high quality and timely project delivery to clients.
Kerry has experience in planning & infrastructure, working with clients to facilitate s104, s38, s278 agreements, working with Financial institutions in respect of Consents to Registration and also various Residential Property transactions working with developers, including freehold transfers, Deeds of Variation, Deeds of Covenant & Certificates of Compliance
