Keith McCarthy focuses his practice on bankruptcy, real estate litigation, and business and consumer financial services litigation. He represents mortgage lenders, loan servicers, creditors, investors, and local and national banks in federal and state courts, handling matters involving lending, mortgage origination, loan servicing, debt collection, evictions, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and related statutory claims.

Keith guides lenders, creditors, and debtors through chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies, adversary proceedings, and appeals, including disputes over plan confirmation, property valuation, cash collateral, proofs of claim, automatic stay and discharge injunction issues, and payment change notices.
