Katherine is a Legal Director and Practice Development Manager for the Real Estate Business Group. She qualified in 1998 and has acted for both occupiers and investors at leading City firms. She joined Womble Bond Dickinson in 2017 with several years of experience as a knowledge professional.
Katherine heads the Real Estate Knowledge Team which supports the expertise, development and operational efficiency of the group. The Knowledge Team offers a comprehensive training and current awareness programme for all Real Estate solicitors. It ensures that relevant resources are easily accessible and maintains an extensive suite of precedents. Katherine is particularly interested in how technology can be applied to improve our client service and create new cost-effective ways of working. She is chair of the firm's Kira Steering Group following the roll-out of this innovative machine learning AI software in March 2018.
