Jessica L. Magliette represents clients in general liability and professional liability matters. Her practice draws on a broad litigation background that includes public entity and employee defense, work involving Title 59, employment law, and civil rights litigation, along with the defense of personal injury and premises liability claims. Jessica also brings experience in legal malpractice defense.
Before entering private practice, Jessica served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dennis V. Nieves, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, where she researched complex matters involving evidentiary issues, motion practice, and jury instruction and assisted in drafting and reviewing judicial opinions. During the clerkship, she also served as a court-appointed mediator in the Special Civil Part, helping resolve civil disputes.
