Jane is responsible for implementing the firm's wellbeing strategy and delivering on agreed key objectives. She is supported by a team of Wellbeing Champions, Mental Health First Aiders, Menopause Champions and a Men's Wellbeing Group.

She is responsible for ensuring that the strategy and all linked activity and resources support and develop the firm's four pillars of wellbeing: Healthy Body, Mind, Connections and Finances.

Jane works with various networks, groups and teams around the business to develop and promote good working practice and support for our people. She is currently leading a project with Mindful Business Charter and the firm's Employee Forum, reviewing working practices at WBD.
