Jim Fradenburg has more than 20 years of experience in assisting clients involved in large-scale litigation. As Senior Counsel for Law Compliss, Womble’s dedicated litigation support entity, Jim helps major national clients manage, track and control document productions and privilege logs in cases in numerous jurisdictions. Jim works directly with clients on collecting and reviewing materials, making sure that the clients’ needs are met. He has helped supervise complex litigation projects that have included more than 100 contract attorneys and paralegals. He has particular experience in responding to discovery in antitrust, product liability and federal regulatory cases. Jim joined Law Compliss in 1995. He also has previous legal experience practicing construction law.
