Izabela is a paralegal in the Litigation Services and Commercial Projects (LSC Pro) team, part of WBD Advance; the firm's alternative legal services group composed of over 100 lawyers, paralegals, project managers, technologists and data analysts. The group provide high volume services and project support to more than 200 clients every year.
Izabela has been mostly involved in co-leading a banking work stream, reviewing documents such as commercial leases, s106 Agreements and Deed of Variations to asses and minimise risk for a banking client. She consistently liaises with clients and oversees matters from the initial triage to completion. She has experience creating bundles for court hearings and has assisted with legal research when required. In addition, Izabela is often called upon to collaborate on document review tasks, including corporate contracts and disclosures.
She is currently on part-time in-house secondment with the InHouse Solutions team, working closely with the InHouse Partner to create solutions to maximise efficiency of the service.

- Reviewing contracts for financial restructuring
- Automating contracts using inhouse technology.
