As a corporate and securities associate, Ian F. Beckelman's practice involves a range of general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, corporate governance, and early-stage corporate formation. Ian primarily counsels private equity firms, large companies, investors, and individuals in emerging and middle markets, domestically and internationally, with both buy and sell-side transactions.
Prior to Womble Bond Dickinson, Ian graduated from Business School and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant.
