Hannah is in the Planning and Infrastructure team and has experience advising clients on a range of planning matters across numerous sectors including Energy and Transport.
She has particular experience advising on nationally significant infrastructure projects, compulsory acquisition and rights of way matters.
Hannah has experience advising promoters on Development Consent Order applications from pre-application through to post-consent.

- National Highways on its development consent order applications for the A12 Chelmsford to A120 Widening Scheme and the A46 Newark Bypass Scheme
- Drafting and reviewing application documents, and assisting on judicial review
- North Somerset Council on its development consent order Portishead Branch Line - Metrowest Phase 1 on compulsory purchase and land assembly queries.
