Haley Sprague focuses her practice on complex business litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Haley served as a Law Clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado and the Boulder County Attorney’s Office, a Student Attorney in the Getches-Green Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law Clinic, and a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Rayna Gokli (Ret.) in the 17th Judicial District of Colorado. At the University of Colorado Law School, Haley was a Rothgerber Teaching Fellow for Torts, a Research Assistant to Professor Carolyn Ramsey, and Outreach Editor of the Colorado Law Review.
